Join O Yo Frozen Yogurt, a fast-growing dessert brand known for its premium frozen delights and excellent service. We're currently hiring an experienced Shift Manager for our Elysium Tower, Islamabad outlet.
📌 Position: Shift Manager
Location: O Yo Frozen Yogurt, Elysium Mall, Islamabad
Job Type: Full-Time | Rotational Shifts (Morning & Evening)
Salary: Rs. 45,000 – 58,000 per month + bonuses
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations during assigned shifts
-
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
-
Supervise team members: assign tasks, manage attendance, resolve conflicts
-
Ensure product quality and order accuracy at the topping counter
-
Monitor inventory and report shortages to warehouse
-
Provide excellent customer support and resolve complaints
-
Prepare daily sales and performance reports
-
Maintain ambiance: music, lighting, air fresheners, and general atmosphere
-
Train new staff and ensure smooth onboarding
✅ Requirements:
-
1–2 years experience in a supervisory role (F&B or retail preferred)

Strong communication and leadership skills
-
Familiarity with POS systems and reporting tools
-
Honest, proactive, team-oriented, and calm under pressure

Available for rotational shifts (Morning/Evening)
