Job Responsibilities
Restaurant General Manager
- Manage complete restaurant operations.
- Supervise restaurant staff and department heads.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Manage inventory, stock, and cash flow.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and SOPs.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate team members.
- Ensure outstanding customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of restaurant management experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Ability to manage staff, inventory, and sales targets.
- Honest, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
