Job Responsibilities
GRO
- Welcome customers professionally.
- Resolve customer queries.
- Maintain excellent customer experience.
Order Taker
- Take dine-in and takeaway orders accurately.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff.
- Handle POS system efficiently.
Shawarma Chef
- Prepare high-quality shawarma.
- Maintain food quality and hygiene.
- Follow restaurant SOPs.
Chef Helper
- Assist chefs in food preparation.
- Keep the kitchen organized and clean.
Sweeper
- Maintain cleanliness of restaurant premises.
- Follow hygiene standards throughout the shift.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant experience.
- Education: Matric to FA.
- Experience in a famous brand or fine dining restaurant will be preferred.
- Honest, disciplined, and hardworking.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
